Temporary leadership of the central HR BP team with 11 staff, responsible for about 4,000 employees, and taking on HR BP tasks for the global Sales, global IT, and HR areas

In interim assignments, I accelerate HR transformations, ensure acceptance in co-determined environments, and deliver measurable results – whether in building and realigning HR organizations, implementing HR IT, or in change and restructuring projects.
Over 20 years of experience in operational and strategic HR management – from large corporations (among others ThyssenKrupp, SKF, ENERCON) to medium-sized companies, special machine manufacturing, shipbuilding, energy supply, and wind energy. Expertise in HR transformations, HR IT (SAP HCM / SuccessFactors), and collaboration with co-determination bodies. Roles as HR Director, Head of HR, Senior HR Business Partner, and Project Manager.
