Summary
In all human resources management roles, I reported directly to the CFO, the CEO, or the Corporate Executive Board and served as a business partner to the leadership team. I was responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the human resources staff.
In addition to the classic, generalist tasks, I successfully used my experience and knowledge in communication psychology as a mediator, coach, and supervisor in all my HR management roles.
