As high performing Associate Partner with Einwerk Consulting, Intao and dolphinblue, and Graduate Trainee at Mars, I started in one of the most innovative procurement and process management corporations of that time. There, I learnt about the importance of interface communication during change processes. I pursued a dual career – parts in procurement - parts in HR. I worked with one of the most innovative Universities (Ashridge) in HR – I learnt about modern people management, push vs. pull consulting styles & started designing my first leadership courses. Today I design/ facilitate bespoke leadership courses (e.g., on negotiation, giving feedback, communication, setting goals or innovation) for differently sized companies as associate partner or in my own company.
