Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Since November 2015: Team lead of 3 FTE
- Developed recruitment strategies to engage matching candidates to companies needs, internally and externally on job fairs i.e.
- Managed complete HR Lifecycle, on-boarding, off-boarding, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates (Finance, Marketing, Sales, Assistance, HR) to set up global company owned start ups and support global growth of E&V Franchisees (Barcelona, Rome, Dubai, Paris, Geneva, Côte d'Azur, Luxembourg, Milan)
Support & Personnel Development
- Implementing several Feedback Appraisal processes into international structure, liaising with all international HR Business Partners, HR Managers, Managing Directors and other employees, giving support during and after the process
- Supporting existing Market Center employees and the Market Center work stream project team in ramp up phase of the creation of the Market Center project in all countries
- Supporting and participating in the implementation of new applicant tracking system
HR Admin and Payroll
- Since March 2016: Leading 1 person.
- Management of international headcount and organization charts
- Contract negotiation and preparation, maintenance and adaptation
- Creation and maintenance of international employee and personnel files
- First point of contact for external payroll providers and legal advisors
- Control of travel expenses of employees for payroll preparation
