I have over 20 years of experience in the digital industry, with more than 12 years as a consultant, project manager, and product owner, and over 12 years specializing in human resources. In my previous roles in project management, client consulting, and as a product owner, I operated at the intersection of stakeholders, project teams, and service providers. Given the complexity of the projects I managed, I honed a high level of communication, needs analysis, and context evaluation, all while maintaining a strong solution-oriented mindset. These skills, along with my ability to work effectively in teams, are among my core strengths. As a freelancer, I have also taken on consulting roles such as pitch consulting, advising startups in the Google for Startups – Immersion Women Founders Program, and collaborating with the Centre for Entrepreneurship at TU Berlin. My portfolio spans clients in diverse sectors, including ministries, environmental, social, and health organizations, as well as the automotive industry. In addition to my consulting work, I have conducted workshops, coached individuals, and led teams both functionally and technically. These experiences have further solidified my ability to deliver impactful results in dynamic environments. In the HR field, beyond traditional management, I have successfully guided organizations through various phases of change, whether during periods of rapid growth or in the development and implementation of structures, processes, and roles. I have also coached employees transitioning into leadership positions and spearheaded the digital transformation of HR processes.
