I have worked for over 20 years at the intersection of industry, digital, and leadership – as a CMO, Head of Digital, partner at the digital consultancy Etribes, and interim executive in large corporations and mid-sized companies. This includes roles at Siemens, Dräger, PERI, and Knauf.
My focus areas are digital product landscapes, operating models, building digital organizations, and leading transformations that don’t stay stuck in PowerPoint.
Many mandates start unclear. I make sure they end with a working setup, clear priorities, and visible impact. I work directly, in a structured way, and on an equal footing. I care about clarity, speed, and decisions.
When digital topics get stuck or temporary leadership is needed, I take responsibility – as interim CDO, CMO, or advisor for management teams and boards.
