I was responsible for leading and coordinating concurrent web, software, and app projects. My core task was always to keep an overview of all project elements. I coordinated interdisciplinary teams, working closely with developers and software testers. I tracked project stages in the JIRA project tool environment. In addition, I facilitated technical and professional discussions, especially in automation projects. I also led workshops with clients.

For the launch of the Kia EV9, I led the planning, coordination, and oversight of all aspects of the roadshows in 8 shopping malls and the setups at 10 dealer events. These tasks included managing the various trades as well as overall project management.

The task was coordinating ad materials and marketing activities. The main goal was to deliver projects on time, within the set budget, and at the highest quality. In addition, I created processes for CRM campaigns with HubSpot, designed mailings, built and monitored the automation funnel along the customer journey, and launched the newsletter distribution.

In my role coordinating and overseeing ad campaigns and projects, my focus was on managing campaigns across all channels. My goal was to ensure that the client was competently supported at every stage. Special value was placed on clear and effective communication of creative briefs within our team. I was also responsible for cost control of the ad activities.

The goal of the marketing concept was to attract families as the target audience for an Irish dance tribute show. The strategy included not only marketing measures for digital channels and interactive content but also incentives for partnerships and the use of print media. This holistic approach led to an increased ticket demand.

I oversaw ad campaigns and projects, focusing not only on managing the campaigns across various channels but also on intensive client consulting. I also handled postal mailings and supported the creation of sales materials for insurance agents.

For the B2B congress "ECR Tag", I developed marketing strategies to increase event attendance. I led marketing campaigns and coordinated the creation of promotional materials to build interest in the ECR Tag. During my work, I efficiently monitored the budget and analyzed marketing performance. I was also responsible for implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM software for the marketing department and independently created digital mailings, from funnel formation and concept to distribution.

As the leader of a marketing team of 4, I managed 360° campaigns for the launch of complex products like hybrid and telematics insurance, achieving a 40% acquisition rate. I managed a six-figure budget and represented business interests internationally, overseeing KPI reports. Another focus of my work was sales-oriented integration and design of incentives for top-performing insurance agents. I was also responsible for stakeholder management with the dealer network. Additionally, I coordinated IT implementation projects.

An important part of my work was also analyzing the implemented measures and regularly reporting the results to management. I also managed events and coordinated with external service providers to ensure a smooth execution of marketing projects. Finally, my tasks included applying for, processing, and monitoring advertising subsidies.

I was responsible for organizing and handling various projects. This included detailed documentation and project controlling to ensure process, cost, and schedule adherence. A central part of my role was client support and co-development of POS materials, such as shelf displays and secondary placements. Additionally, I created proposals and coordinated graphics, always keeping quality control in focus.
