Client's goal is to migrate the entire Office client landscape from Windows 10 to Windows 11 by end of support (Oct 2025). Created the project plan and drafted the project brief, budget overview, and required resources.

Global Project Lead
Implementation of a globally available on-prem SIEM system. Onboarding of log sources (Windows servers, Linux servers, Windows 10 clients) with Splunk Universal Forwarders. Also deployed distributed Syslog collectors at edge locations that transmit UDP syslog information over TCP to the centralized SIEM platform.
Implementation of tenable.io as a vulnerability service provider. Introduced required Nessus agents on Windows servers, Linux servers, and Windows 10 clients. Also set up network scanners to run regular network discovery scans in both office and production environments.
