I combine many years of HR expertise from the traditional shared service world with solid experience in transformation projects, leadership development, and organizational realignment. With over 15 years of executive-level responsibility, I advise leaders as a sparring partner on all people, organizational, and culture topics. I have designed strategic HR programs while also ensuring operational excellence—a strength that enables me to build cross-functional HR structures that are both strategic and work in day-to-day operations.

My special strength lies in transformation consulting for growing and realigning companies (200-1,000+ employees).
