I combine many years of HR expertise from the traditional shared service world with solid experience in transformation projects, leadership development, and organizational realignment. This allows me to both reliably manage traditional HR structures and effectively introduce and further develop modern HR models (HR Business Partnering, Center of Excellence, People Services).
With over 15 years of executive-level responsibility, I advise leaders as a sparring partner on all people, organizational, and culture topics. I have designed strategic HR programs while also ensuring operational excellence—a strength that enables me to build cross-functional HR structures that are both strategic and work in day-to-day operations.
My special strength lies in transformation consulting for growing and realigning companies (200-1,000+ employees). I design and implement role models, upskilling and leadership programs, and support the professionalization of HR teams into CoE-like competency areas. In doing so, I integrate organizational development, people strategy, and process design into a seamless HR system.
I have successfully supported complex change projects, site developments, generational changes, and cultural realignments, always with an employee focus, collaboratively and in close coordination with the works council, executive board, and shareholders' advisory board.
