Born in Italy and raised between France and Germany, Mattia is a global citizen with a unique blend of multicultural experiences. He earned his Master's Degree in International Business from Hult International Business School in Dubai, graduating within the top 10% of his class. His academic journey also includes a Bachelor's Degree from the prestigious WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management, which he completed in August 2022. During his undergraduate studies, he seized the opportunity to broaden his horizons by participating in an exchange semester at The University of Texas at Austin.
Mattia served for three years as an Operations Manager at GOCOMO, a Berlin-based influencer marketing agency. There, he excelled in crafting and executing innovative campaigns that captivated international audiences, reinforcing brand narratives for diverse clients like Microsoft and Eucerin.
At University, Mattia dedicated over two years as the General Manager of WHU Inside Business. This student-led initiative at WHU provided him the platform to lead a dynamic team of students in producing compelling interviews with eminent business leaders.
