Broadly speaking, I offer my support in 3 areas:

1. Building integrating and adaptive organizations. Bringing it all together to make the DNA of your company your competitive advantage. I look at the WHY, the goals, the culture – and more specifically at the ways of communication and decisions. My smart interventions and appreciative inquiries are part of my toolbox as an Agile Transformation Manager.

2. Bringing products to market that people love. WHAT is the value your company provides to the customer? I work with the market, the data and the strategic context. I steer interdisciplinary teams and facilitate customer co-creation of your product – Product Ownership.

3. Achieving excellence in delivering continuous results. HOW is your company creating value for your customer? I work with the formal and informal, the team and the periphery – quite often as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach.
