Project: Oct 2024 – June 2025: Project & change manager for organizational transformation in the DACH region in FMCG consulting. Responsibilities included overseeing the PMO/change director stream, systems, processes & new ways of working; leading training & enablement for 10 change streams; training needs analysis; roadmap creation; facilitation support; documentation; training analytics and reporting; close collaboration with the Center of Excellence to set up process management standards and guidelines, plus BPO training.
Until Sep 2024: Senior human-centered change consultant for Salesforce in ongoing collaboration with Blue Apes Consulting and Salesforce.
Project (Apr 2024 – Sep 2024): Senior human-centered change consultant for Salesforce at a food manufacturer; responsible for change management strategy for a global CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud) roll-out in India, Asia, AMEA, and the US. Tasks included change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement planning, change leaders' workshops, communication planning (including testimonial concept), organizational change readiness assessment, and co-creating the training plan.
Project (May 2024 – June 2024): Senior organizational change management consultant for a pharmacy; developed the change strategy for a digitalization initiative (Salesforce Sales Cloud/Field Service).
Project (Feb 2024 – April 2024): Senior human-centered change consultant for Salesforce in the telecommunications sector; provided change consulting to a process & portfolio transformation team for a digitalization initiative (Salesforce Service Cloud), reviewed and developed the change story and communication materials, conducted an organizational change readiness assessment (Salesforce Change Landscape Diagnostic) and interviews, and co-created the communication plan and change strategy.
Project (Sep 2023 – March 2024): Organizational change management consultant for a technology company; led the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 (ERP) using a Prosci-based change approach, reporting internationally to the Head of OCM.
Interim mandate (Oct 2022 – March 2023): Interim HR Manager DACH in the hospitality/holiday parks sector; managed HR and change management including a gas crisis project, business process outsourcing (payroll) reorganization, team leadership (HRIS, payroll, administration, business partner), and international reporting to the Head of HR.
Project (Oct 2022): Sales & marketing consultant/coach focusing on building sales & marketing based on DISC and developing DISC profile-specific sales & marketing materials.

Interim mandate (June 2022 – September 2022): Interim HR Operations Manager DACH in the medical technology industry; focused on change management, restructuring/relocation, advising top management, communication with the works council, documentation, coordination with internal and external lawyers, senior HR management, and leading HR specialists with international reporting to the Head of HR Operations EMEA.
Project (July 2022 – September 2022): IT project manager for medical health products; led a new customer project to implement Salesforce CRM & Sales, including project setup, staffing, and planning.
Project (June 2022 – September 2022): IT project manager for a consultancy; managed a client project to implement Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, including project setup, resource planning and management, financial controlling, organizing and moderating kick-off meetings, and supporting analysis & design phase workshops with stakeholder management.

Project (April 2022 – September 2022): IT multi-project manager for the gambling industry; took over an existing customer project focused on Salesforce Marketing Cloud with responsibilities in commercial project management, stakeholder management, and business development.
Country Manager Germany/Austria (Dec 2019 – March 2022): Reported to Actic Group's CEO in Sweden; managed general business operations including P&L responsibility, market representation, close collaboration with national and international management, high-level HR case consultation, change management strategies, leadership development and training programs, monthly financial reviews and audit coordination, sales campaign strategy and KPI reporting, operational process improvements, digitalization projects, budgeting, product and service management, portfolio management, lease negotiations, and stakeholder management.
Head of Office Management/Finance Support Germany/Austria (Mar 2019 – Mar 2022): Managed structured commercial processes and process optimizations with the finance department, conducted BPO analyses, served as the point of contact for finance, IT, and office-related matters, led an office manager, and managed landlord relations; also implemented digital transformation initiatives including standardizing freelancer invoicing and new documentation systems; handled government support package applications during COVID-19.
Head of Customer Service Germany/Austria (Mar 2019 – Mar 2022): Responsible for stakeholder management, external partnerships, bad debt management, budget responsibility, NPS analysis and action plans, B2C communication strategies, interface optimization with finance and external partners, and leading a team of up to five customer service staff with coaching and restructuring of team responsibilities.
Human Resources Manager Germany/Austria (Jan 2017 – Sep 2020): Provided HR support in management issues, HR controlling, and KPI reporting; conducted onboarding and offboarding and handled labor law cases; developed and implemented new regulations and standards in change and project management including digitalization, process optimization, and behavior change projects; delivered individual and team coaching, leadership workshops, DISC analysis, conflict management, employee surveys, and established the Actic Academy (LMS); oversaw recruitment strategy and in-house payroll management.
Human Resources Manager Germany (Oct 2015 – Dec 2016): Reported to CEO & COO; managed HR business partnering for all people-related issues, created and implemented new processes and structures for a start-up in growth phase, handled recruitment (including active sourcing and event management), teambuilding and employee development, oversaw full lifecycle HR administration (onboarding to offboarding, legal cases, payroll for Eat Happy GmbH), and was responsible for employer branding (social media, webpage, cooperations), as well as leading two trainees.

I am a certified change manager (Prosci®) with 10 years of experience in leading and guiding change processes – from strategic analysis to sustainable implementation.
I develop and implement tailored change strategies based on recognized models like Prosci®/ADKAR, Kotter, or Lewin, aligned with the culture, structure, and objectives of each organization.
My focus is on digital transformations (e.g., cloud-based software solutions like Salesforce), reorganizations, and cultural change processes.
I help companies make change tangible, communicable, and effective – with a special focus on change communication, leadership enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
As a freelance university lecturer, I teach the module "Managing Transformation and Change" in the master's program. This role adds current academic perspectives to my practical experience and strengthens my methodological foundation.
