Summary
My name is Carsten Hagemann. For over 30 years I have led digitization projects in various industries – automotive, aviation, logistics. I started when the word "digitization" didn't even exist yet. During these 30 years of consulting, I was responsible for digitization projects in medium-sized businesses and large corporations at several consulting firms. Since 2016 I've been self-employed as a consultant and give my clients comprehensive advice on digitization topics related to business models, R&D, planning, and production. The main benefit for companies working with me is that I personally guide them through the entire process, from defining your goals and setting your digitization strategy to the successful completion of your projects. This way I can contribute my experience directly. I can assemble the right team for each task, which ensures that projects are completed successfully on time, within budget, and with the desired quality.
