Summary
I've been working for over 30 years on digitization projects across various industries – automotive, aerospace, logistics. I started when the word "digitization" didn't even exist.
Over these 30 years of consulting experience, I was responsible for digitization projects at consulting firms, both in mid-sized companies and large corporations. Since 2016, I've been self-employed as a consultant and advise my clients on all aspects of digitization related to business models, R&D, planning, and production.
The main benefit for companies working with me is that I personally guide them through the entire process, from defining their goals and setting their digitization strategy to the successful completion of their projects. This way I can directly contribute my experience. I can put together the team that fits the tasks, which leads to projects being completed successfully on time, within budget, and with quality.
