Lead the selection of the service provider 'Adobe':

Work with stakeholders to ensure that the required documentation is provided within the specified timeframe

Manage the production of tender documents and review Sky's business requirements

Minimising the company's risk by analysing the tender and contract conditions

Analysis of Adobe's Marketing Cloud with a focus on DMP including Adobe Analytics (web, mobile, video), Experience Management (website, mobile, apps) and Campaign Management (email, SMS)

Development of various use cases based on the collected business requirements and functions of Adobe's DMP and targeting capabilities, following an assessment based on internal and external data and business case calculations, concluding the process with a roadmap for prioritisation and implementation for all use cases
