Anette Göbel is an experienced expert with comprehensive skills in building and leading programs and projects, especially in DAX companies. She has solid knowledge in reorganizing companies and business units and in implementing and optimizing (integrated) management systems. Her expertise extends to developing corporate and project governance while designing, documenting, or optimizing processes, including business process reengineering and capturing risks in both industrial and service companies, nationally and internationally. She takes into account the interfaces with internal control systems (IKS), group risk compliance (GRC), legal aspects, data protection and information security, workplace safety, and other risk areas.
Her special strength lies in digitalization, automation and transformation, as well as in governance, risk, process, project, and quality management. She is also skilled in methodological and systemic coaching as well as problem-solving, communication, and change management. She successfully applies her skills in national and international projects with urgent need for action and works effectively in various economic sectors, business units, and hierarchy levels.
One example of her work is implementing a project within a zero-defects program at a premium car manufacturer, which delivered a significant contribution to payback in the high single-digit million range within a year in the forecast. This was achieved through a boost in quality as well as the standardization and optimization of processes along the entire value chain, including sales, development, production, assembly, commissioning, warranty, and aftermarket.
Anette Göbel specializes in introducing integrated management systems and lean management, as well as in implementing standardized, integrated, and continuous structures for data protection, process, risk, project, quality, and information security management; building functional and audit-proof quality management systems; designing and conducting internal audits according to ISO 19011; and internal/external communication. Her work is based on relevant standards such as ISO 21502, ISO 9001, IATF, ISO 27001/27701, IT-GS, PMI®, VDA, and VDI. She places special emphasis on pragmatic, systematic, and audit-proof structures and is involved with DIN as well as in further training of quality managers and auditors, especially regarding suitable project and risk audits in large projects. She relies on structures that are as pragmatic as they are systematic, always audit-proof, and always include extensive know-how transfer.
In addition, she has extensive experience in designing blended learning qualification measures for large groups, e.g. with 30,000 people, in setting up knowledge management systems, and in preparing leaders for internal presentations, such as on business TV shows. Her expertise also covers IT implementation projects and product management of IT software solutions. Technical articles, talks, and panel discussions on project-specific topics round off her profile.
Anette Göbel stands out for her ability to bring together different perspectives and successfully integrate them into a complete solution. Her strong leadership and teamwork skills, combined with a clear understanding of the overall context and a quick grasp of existing structures, make her a valuable asset in complex and dynamic environments. With this range of skills, she is mainly deployed on projects in national and international settings with urgent need for action.
Anette Göbel is not only able to quickly grasp difficult situations, mediate within them or solve them at short notice. She always keeps an eye on the overall context, can quickly navigate existing structures, and fit into them.
