My collaboration with ten4 focused on professional business consulting services in the areas of change management & communication as well as program & project management. The clients that I have served with ten4 are international corporations from the pharmaceutical/life science sector.

My project assignments with ten4 included the following roles:

• Change management and communication consulting on a global IT/OT security transformation program at 150+ locations worldwide with Bayer in Leverkusen, Germany
• Change management and communication consulting for an IT/OT security, infrastructure & automation department with Bayer in Basel, Switzerland
• Change management and communication consulting on a global SAP S/4HANA implementation project with Merck in Darmstadt, Germany
• Project management consulting/PMO on an OT network infrastructure harmonization program with Bayer in Basel, Switzerland
• Business analysis in the area of OT infrastructure services on a project related to the evaluation of the current service management scope and performance with Bayer in Leverkusen, Germany
• Business analysis on an operating model transformation and strategy review project with NAMUR e.V. in Leverkusen, Germany

During my internship, I supported BENTELER's Business Unit E-Mobility in their business development projects. I had a direct reporting line to the Vice President Business Unit E-Mobility.

My main tasks and responsibilities included:

• Drafting trend, customer and general market analyses/benchmarking in the e-mobility area
• Preparing presentations on e-mobility and the automotive industry on management level
• Setup of a "business case for the battery module business"

I perform professional business consulting services in the areas of program & project management, change management & communication, and process management. My clients are mostly international corporations located in different industrial and industrial services sectors.

My current and past project assignments include the following roles:

• Agile project management on a digital experience prototyping/development project with a German premium car manufacturer (OEM) in Shanghai, China
• Project/program coordination in the area of OT security rollouts with a leading provider of special purpose machinery in Düsseldorf, Germany
• Project management on a human capital management (HCM) implementation and HR transformation project with Mindshare (part of GroupM/WPP Group) in Frankfurt, Germany
• Project management on an applicant tracking system (ATS) implementation project with Mindshare (part of GroupM/WPP Group) in Frankfurt, Germany
• Project management and process management coaching with an online marketing agency in Paderborn, Germany
• Business analysis in the area of sustainability and business development with a leading manufacturer of turning and milling machines in Bielefeld, Germany
• Change management and communication consulting on a global cost saving program with a leading manufacturer of drive systems in Friedrichshafen, Germany
• Process management consulting on a learning management system (LMS) implementation project with a leading manufacturer of turning and milling machines in Bielefeld, Germany

During my internship, I mainly supported DEKRA's Representation to the EU in their daily legislation and policy research activities.

My main tasks and responsibilities included:

• Researching and reporting on issues related to the activities of the European institutions and to the policy areas of transport, energy, and environment
• Attending and reporting on European Parliament committee meetings as well as events organized by stakeholders in the domains of transport and tourism, internal market and consumer protection and industry, research and energy
• Developing a European policy heatmap for internal company purposes
• Daily follow-up of the legislative processes of the European Union and Member States
• Co-organizing high level policy events, including DEKRA's 2017 Summer and Annual Receptions with more than 200 guests from policy, business and media representatives
• Performing administrative tasks, such as the organization of meetings and corresponding with policymakers, drafting guides and information material, updating and maintaining contact databases and translating various types of texts (German, French and English)

In my part-time student job with faktordrei, I was part of the retail and service team for Apple multimedia products and accessories.
