I have many years of experience in projects as project manager, subproject manager, training coordinator, test manager, license manager, change and incident management, and interim manager. In these roles I was always responsible for project planning and control, both at stakeholder level and coordinating with specialists from tech and business units. As part of project planning and control I also handled cost planning, presenting results, and efficiently using internal and external resources. As a project manager you also run IT operations on an interim basis during the project, so it’s natural for me to lead staff, delegate tasks, boost team spirit, and redefine and introduce processes. In my past projects I led up to 45 team members. I enjoy new challenges and can quickly adapt to new environments. In all projects mentioned I was on site with clients across Europe and provided customer support. Furthermore, in the Windows 10 and Windows 11 projects I analyzed existing applications to check compatibility. If they weren’t compatible I negotiated alternative solutions with application owners or business units. Since I also acted as test manager in these projects, we repackaged the applications for IT and then rolled them into production during UAT tests with the business units.
