• Provide Best Practices in the areas of Change Management and Organizational Design
• Design and Development of Change Management strategy and plan for design phase

• Defined and established governance (processes, reporting, roles, organization, planning, risk management, budget management)
• Managed rollout – planning and implementation for all sites in scope
• Managed global PMO team plus local rollout teams
• Stakeholder management, reporting, risk management on all levels, including C-level
• Responsible for training and communication for all major R&D sites in scope, including global communication
• Introduction of Change Management best practices, upskilling of local Change & rollout management resources
• Managed dependencies / interfaces to other projects, liaison contact
• Providing expert counsel in all questions about project and change management
