With over 15 years of hands-on experience, I have broad skills in classic and agile IT project management as well as in IT service management. In various projects I have taken on roles such as consultant, trainer, team coach, Scrum Master, project coach, project officer (PMO), and project manager. In recent years I have supported and managed projects using agile, traditional, and hybrid approaches. I also have solid knowledge and experience in implementing agile and classic project management methods in IT organizations. I help with change management, project marketing, and developing training concepts. Lately I have focused on PMO tasks, hybrid project coaching, agile team coaching, and the role of project manager in digitalization and software development projects, including scaled environments following SAFe®.
