Summary
With over 15 years of practical experience, I have extensive skills in both classic and agile IT project management as well as IT service management. In various projects I have filled different roles: consultant, trainer, team coach, Scrum Master, project coach, project officer (PMO) and project manager. In recent years, I supported and managed projects using agile, classic and hybrid methodological approaches. I also have solid knowledge and experience implementing agile and classic project management methods in IT organizations. In doing so, I also support change management, project marketing, and the development of training concepts. More recently, I have focused on tasks in the project management office (PMO), hybrid project coaching, agile team coaching, as well as the role of project manager in digitization and software development projects, also in a scaled SAFe® environment.
