In doing so, I empower companies to succeed in the tension between routine and dynamics. Exactly how this happens is very individual, but it usually involves customer-centered innovation and value creation processes as well as an appropriate style of leadership and collaboration with as much self-organization as possible. I create opportunities for people to act boldly, motivated, and with confidence.

I follow the spirit of constructivism and pragmatism and use the systemic lens, meaning I work on the playing fields, not so much on the players. I love working WITH people on solutions and empowering them to solve problems!
