Product Owner, Change Management Coach and Organizational Consultant & Founder and Product Architect

Therapymate and Change Bakery

The combined experience from recent project years shows that two hearts beat in my chest: on one side, working in and for organizations to develop new, innovative products, ideally as part of a digitalization strategy or business development – along with the closely linked change and transformation process expertise as part of a holistic organizational consulting. For this, I established the services Change Bakery and Product Validators. On the other side, my heart and mind burn to find my own products, evaluate markets and potential, and test ideas. Currently, I am taking initiative and, alongside ongoing projects, working part-time on a mental health product idea and have founded Therapymate.

Senior Product Owner Innovations

cadooz GmbH

As Senior Product Owner Innovations at cadooz, I was responsible for the initial development of white-label shop solutions ("Vorteilswelten" in the employee benefits segment), the implementation of SAP Ariba and Coupa procurement systems to connect various shops to clients like Boehringer Ingelheim, DHL, and UPS. I also led the analysis, exploration, and solution development of a new B2C business field (for cadooz) with a full package from business analysis and planning, through creating and finding a product vision and strategy, to the technical implementation of the app "Benefitbuddy" (MVP Dec 24) with an internal, international development team. In addition to stakeholder management, I empowered the team across departments to use the SCRUM framework efficiently and as a process support.

My task also included analyzing company-wide agile processes and supporting their optimization and implementation. In this, I worked closely with executive management.

  • Infrastructure & Technology: Cloud, Java, Vue, Magnolia, C-Vision, SAP Ariba, Coupa (procurement systems).
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Teams, Miro.

Product Owner & Founder

Sun-Wall.de (Pilotprojekt)

Based on my own PV project (instead of a roof, developing and integrating a retrofit solar facade on a house), I founded sun-wall.de as a fun and consulting project. In this context, I repeatedly took on small-scale analysis, consulting, and concept work in the area of solar energy for buildings whose roofs lack the necessary load-bearing capacity or are shaded. The project is not actively pursued – I’m always happy to answer questions about PV systems.

In addition to practice, I’m privately studying "Regenerative Energy Systems – Use and Economics" (continuing education).

Since 2007, I have been delivering projects and products in digital environments for various brands, companies, startups, and organizations. My focus is solution-oriented, agile, and open to change. I bring out the best in teams and challenges to create real, sustainable value and products, in line with my clients' needs and requirements.

I am an expert at the intersection of digitalization, product development, and change processes. My core areas include process optimization, organizational development, as well as marketing and business development topics. I develop business models, product innovations, and coach change. As a senior product owner, I lead agile SCRUM teams and build digital products. I step in as a firefighter when everyone thinks a product is lost. From scratch, when no one knows how to build a product or start a project. With or without a network—whatever works.

Clients value my cooperative, partnership-based, eye-level approach. I analyze before making any promises and always act on the best options and opportunities for my clients and stakeholders. I communicate clearly and share challenges transparently. I have over 18 years of experience in developing digital products and leading large, small, and SCRUM teams. I provide clear structure and follow a straight product development path. Through many projects, I bring diverse industry know-how. I learn quickly and enjoy navigating unfamiliar territory.
