Product Owner, Change Management Coach and Organizational Consultant & Founder and Product Architect

Therapymate und Change Bakery

The combined experience of recent project years shows that two hearts beat in my chest: on one side the work in and for organizations developing new, innovative products, ideally as part of a digitization strategy or business development – and on the other the closely linked change and transformation expertise in terms of holistic organizational consulting. For this, I established the Change Bakery and Product Validators offerings. On the other side, my heart and mind are on fire to find my own products, evaluate markets and potential, and test ideas. Currently, I am working proactively and part-time alongside ongoing projects on a product idea in the mental health area and have founded Therapymate.

Senior Product Owner Innovations

cadooz GmbH

As Senior Product Owner Innovations at cadooz, I was responsible for the initial development of white-label shop solutions (“Vorteilswelten” in the employee benefits segment), the implementation of SAP Ariba and Coupa procurement systems to connect various shops to clients such as Boehringer Ingelheim, DHL and UPS, and the analysis, exploration and solution development of a new B2C business field for cadooz. This included a full package from business analysis and planning to creating and finding a product vision and strategy, up to the technical implementation of the “Benefitbuddy” app (MVP Dec 24) with an internal, international development team. In addition to stakeholder management, I empowered the team across departments to efficiently and supportively use the SCRUM framework.

Furthermore, my task is to analyze company-wide agile processes and support optimization and implementation. I work closely with senior management on this.

  • Infrastructure & Technology: Cloud, Java, Vue, Magnolia, C-Vision, SAP Ariba, Coupa (procurement systems).
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Teams, Miro.

Product Owner & Founder

Sun-Wall.de (pilot project)

Based on my own PV project (instead of a roof, developing and integrating a retrofitted solar facade on a house), I founded sun-wall.de as a fun and consulting project. In this context, I have repeatedly taken on small-scale analysis, consulting and design in the field of solar energy for buildings whose roof does not have the necessary load capacity or is shaded. The project is not actively continued – I’m always happy to answer questions about PV systems.

In addition to practical work, I'm privately studying “Regenerative Energy Systems – Use and Economics” (continuing education).

Summary

Since 2007 I have implemented projects and products in the digital space for various brands, companies, startups and organizations. My focus is solution-oriented, agile and change-friendly. In the interest of my clients and their requirements, I bring out the best in teams and challenges to create real, sustainable value and products.

I am an expert at the intersection of digitization, product development and change processes. My main areas are process optimization, organizational development as well as marketing and business development topics. I develop business models, product innovations and coach change. As a senior product owner, I manage agile SCRUM teams and develop digital products. The fire brigade when everyone thought a product was lost. On a greenfield when no one knows how to develop a product and start a project. With or without a network – whichever fits.

Clients appreciate my cooperative, partnership-based way of working on equal footing. I analyze before I promise anything and always act according to the best possible options and opportunities for my clients and stakeholders. I communicate clearly and address challenges transparently. I have over 18 years of experience in developing digital products and leading large, small and SCRUM teams. I structure clearly and follow a clear product development line. Through the many projects, I bring a versatile industry know-how. I adapt quickly and also enjoy moving into unknown terrain.

I am problem-solving and a Swiss Army knife.
