The combined experience of recent project years shows that two hearts beat in my chest: on one side the work in and for organizations developing new, innovative products, ideally as part of a digitization strategy or business development – and on the other the closely linked change and transformation expertise in terms of holistic organizational consulting. For this, I established the Change Bakery and Product Validators offerings. On the other side, my heart and mind are on fire to find my own products, evaluate markets and potential, and test ideas. Currently, I am working proactively and part-time alongside ongoing projects on a product idea in the mental health area and have founded Therapymate.
As Senior Product Owner Innovations at cadooz, I was responsible for the initial development of white-label shop solutions (“Vorteilswelten” in the employee benefits segment), the implementation of SAP Ariba and Coupa procurement systems to connect various shops to clients such as Boehringer Ingelheim, DHL and UPS, and the analysis, exploration and solution development of a new B2C business field for cadooz. This included a full package from business analysis and planning to creating and finding a product vision and strategy, up to the technical implementation of the “Benefitbuddy” app (MVP Dec 24) with an internal, international development team. In addition to stakeholder management, I empowered the team across departments to efficiently and supportively use the SCRUM framework.
Furthermore, my task is to analyze company-wide agile processes and support optimization and implementation. I work closely with senior management on this.
Based on my own PV project (instead of a roof, developing and integrating a retrofitted solar facade on a house), I founded sun-wall.de as a fun and consulting project. In this context, I have repeatedly taken on small-scale analysis, consulting and design in the field of solar energy for buildings whose roof does not have the necessary load capacity or is shaded. The project is not actively continued – I’m always happy to answer questions about PV systems.
In addition to practical work, I'm privately studying “Regenerative Energy Systems – Use and Economics” (continuing education).
I was brought in as a change management coach to make project management processes more agile and optimize them. Over the long engagement, the mandate expanded into comprehensive coaching for agile project management processes, efficient meeting structures, team role distribution, and staff and leadership culture. I regularly provide advice or run vision workshops, which I conduct remotely or on-site with the team. Currently, I am advising on implementing OKR (Objectives & Key Results).
In 2020, deepblue networks won the mandate in a pitch to take over the two main + 50 satellite websites of the BMWi (Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action) and installed me as Product Owner and Digital Consultant for the client BMWi.
After a successful stint as Product Owner for the Osram Lightelligence project in 2018 (see below), I took on the role of Director of a Business Unit, leading a team of 25 colleagues and advancing several projects in parallel as Product Owner.
At Casamundo, I worked as a broadly positioned marketing and product developer, responsible for the strategic-conceptual preparation and project management in the development team for implemented ideas and product innovations. In this role, it was specifically about tools, ideas and measures to improve product and platform performance to compete in the highly contested vacation home market.
