Senior Product Owner Innovations
cadooz GmbH
As Senior Product Owner Innovations at cadooz, I was responsible for the initial development of white-label shop solutions ("Vorteilswelten" in the employee benefits segment), the implementation of SAP Ariba and Coupa procurement systems to connect various shops to clients like Boehringer Ingelheim, DHL, and UPS. I also led the analysis, exploration, and solution development of a new B2C business field (for cadooz) with a full package from business analysis and planning, through creating and finding a product vision and strategy, to the technical implementation of the app "Benefitbuddy" (MVP Dec 24) with an internal, international development team. In addition to stakeholder management, I empowered the team across departments to use the SCRUM framework efficiently and as a process support.
My task also included analyzing company-wide agile processes and supporting their optimization and implementation. In this, I worked closely with executive management.

Product Owner & Founder
Sun-Wall.de (Pilotprojekt)
Based on my own PV project (instead of a roof, developing and integrating a retrofit solar facade on a house), I founded sun-wall.de as a fun and consulting project. In this context, I repeatedly took on small-scale analysis, consulting, and concept work in the area of solar energy for buildings whose roofs lack the necessary load-bearing capacity or are shaded. The project is not actively pursued – I’m always happy to answer questions about PV systems.
In addition to practice, I’m privately studying "Regenerative Energy Systems – Use and Economics" (continuing education).

- Implementation of a consulting platform for the Bauer Media Group in a Drupal-based, in-house tech stack (V1).
- Work focus: in-time & on-budget delivery of an MVP for market launch in May 22 (a disguised waterfall process with a deadline in a SCRUM environment).
- Building on that, re-formulating the product vision and jointly developing a decoupled, modern tech stack based on the requirements and learnings from V1.

I was brought in as a coach for change management to make the project management processes more agile and optimize them. Over the long engagement period, the mandate expanded into full-scale coaching for agile project management processes, efficient meeting structures, team role distribution, and employee and leadership culture. I regularly provide consulting or vision workshop offerings, which I run remotely or on-site with the team. Currently, I advise on implementing OKR (Objectives & Key Results).

Product Owner & Digital Consultant
deepblue networks / BMWI
In 2020, deepblue networks won the mandate to take over the two main and 50 satellite websites of the BMWI in a pitch (with me) and appointed me as the Product Owner and Digital Consultant for the BMWI, the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy.
- In this role, I managed the takeover process of the 2+50 websites (gathering information, evaluating details, creating timelines, stakeholder management) and advised the client and the ministry's departments on implementing subprojects.
- Subprojects: Relaunch of nexxt-change.org, development of the Smart City Navigator tool, and relaunch of exist.de.
- The extended mandate also included developing and optimizing processes between the agencies deepblue networks (Digital) and Scholz&Friends (Social Media, Content, Marketing, Film) to guide and advise the client holistically.

After the successful role as Product Owner for the Osram Lightelligence project in 2018 (see below), I took on a Business Unit Director role, leading a team of 25 colleagues while also driving projects as Product Owner.

Product Owner & Digital Consultant
deepblue networks/Osram Lightelligence
- As a 'proxy' Product Owner via deepblue networks for the client Osram and the IoT project 'Lightelligence,' responsible for customer-centered implementation of design and a React-based frontend system, user frontend, and dashboards, as well as strategic positioning, UX/UI design, and realization of applications for sensor-driven data capture and visualization (e.g., floor & heatmaps, dashboards, and analysis tools) on the aforementioned system components.
- My responsibilities included product vision, product development, and roadmap planning with the technical team lead and Osram stakeholders. The product is designed as an open-source IoT platform for the building and lighting market.
- In parallel, I focused on marketing consulting and developing go-to-market strategies for the entire platform and individual applications—I worked extensively with my later strategy partner to strategically support the product and IoT platform.
- The core activities included the usual Product Owner roles, from backlog & user story ownership and prioritization to review meetings and stakeholder communication.
- The program was discontinued in 2020 due to a refocus on light bulbs.

At Casamundo, I worked as a broad-based marketing and product developer responsible for strategic concept work, preparation, and project management within the development team for the implementation of ideas and product innovations. In this role, the focus was on tools, ideas, and measures to improve product and platform performance to compete in the highly contested vacation rental market.

- Single point of contact for the client Beiersdorf with the brand Eucerin at the executing agency United Digital Group Hamburg.
- As part of a product, a 360-degree campaign was developed here with marketing activities and accompanying landing pages and an app.
- The focus of my consulting was on clear user centricity on one side, and on the other side managing the different project streams and keeping relevant stakeholders up-to-date (performance marketing, analytics dashboard, consumer app, marketing website, videos, marketing assets & content).

- As interim team lead and product developer, I worked for the grown-up dress-for-less in Kelsterbach near Frankfurt, leading the operational marketing level.
- In close alignment, I was responsible for stakeholder management with my head of marketing and the CEO as well as other departments.
- The focus was on further developing the shop and the returns issue relevant to online retailers, pushing agile ways of working in the marketing team and steering and leading the day-to-day topics between performance, brand, and content marketing.
