Old instore legacy applications for POS and warehouse management were replaced. Product responsibility for cash-out registers and replacement of in-house development (Tiger) with Toshiba standard product (Visual Store).

• Resumption of stalled project structures of product management

• Restructuring project content using big pictures and story maps, considering use cases and cutting into capabilities, epics and user stories
