Analysis and optimization of internal processes in a SaaS start-up.

• Goal: Introduce an internal HR system and build the General and Administration department consisting of HR, Accounting and Controlling.
• Human Resources (resource and personnel planning).
• Recruiting, active sourcing.
• Preparation, organization, hosting and follow-up of job interviews.
• On- and offboarding of employees.
• Sparring partner for management on all HR matters.
• Implementation of new HR tools.
• Performance evaluation.
• Coordination of payroll with external service provider.
• Correspondence with social security institutions and health insurance companies.
• Management of the General and Administration department (HR, Controlling, Legal, Accounting).
• Development of guidelines and processes as a member of the management team.
