Advising / handling questions on payroll, EU Pay Transparency Directive, terminations, warnings, maternity protection, parental leave, staff assignments, process improvements, etc.
Supporting / advising employees and managers
Drafting employment contracts, warnings, terminations, employee agreements and certificates
Managing company pension schemes and workplace integration management
Preparing HR reports including recommendations
Creating presentations (core working hours, smart working, commission proposals, etc.)
Supporting the implementation of Kronos including deriving / implementing improvements
Pre- and post-payroll processing for about 200 employees
Collaborating with 2 external payroll service providers
Data maintenance in Oracle HCM and Kronos
Ensuring timely and accurate payroll
Implementing process improvements (e.g., introducing time tracking via Kronos including reducing system errors in collaboration with IT)
I am an Interim Human Resources Specialist and support companies in operational and strategic HR work. I also advise on process optimization and digitization of the HR department.
