Support / advice for employees and managers
Drafting employment contracts, warnings, terminations, employee agreements and certificates
Managing company pension plans and workplace reintegration management
Preparation of HR reports, including recommendations
Creation of presentations (core working hours, smart working, commission proposals, etc.)
Support for the implementation of Kronos, including identifying and implementing improvements
Pre- and post-payroll processing for approx. 200 employees
Collaboration with 2 external payroll service providers
Data maintenance in Oracle HCM and Kronos
Ensuring timely and smooth payroll processing
Implementation of process improvements (e.g., introducing time tracking via Kronos, including reducing system errors in collaboration with IT)
I am an Interim Human Resources Specialist and support companies in operational and strategic HR work. I also advise on process optimization and digitalization of the HR department.
