Currently, I am leading a transformation and digitization project in direct collaboration with Microsoft and contributing to a project at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). This work is very fulfilling for me and marks a new highlight in my career. My interest in a new challenge is strategic and tied to significant development, so I am choosing my next step carefully.

My experience with agile scaling frameworks like SAFe, which I applied at VW, highlights my methodological expertise.
