Currently, I am leading a transformation and digitization project in direct collaboration with Microsoft and contributing to a project at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI). This work is very fulfilling for me and marks a new highlight in my career. My interest in a new challenge is strategic and tied to significant development, so I am choosing my next step carefully.
My experience with agile scaling frameworks like SAFe, which I applied at VW, highlights my methodological expertise. My greatest strength, however, is the ability to see the big picture and accurately identify the key areas for action. What motivates me as a leader: After many years of supporting global change processes alongside experienced IT executives, I now want to inspire a team myself and show them the potential we can unlock together.
