The solvable root causes, relevant Laws of Nature, and what has actually delivered the needed results – where long-term approaches failed – point the way to simple solutions. Designing the package of simple, complementary solutions to cross the tipping points where they become feasible, scalable, and able to deliver the intended value.

The Law of Nature Manifesto (initiator, primary developer, and coach). After it became clear that highly effective solutions to complex challenges basically got stuck in the systems, a few experts asked the following questions: What do decision makers really need to make problem-solving decisions? What do initiators really need to bring their (highly) effective solutions into the systems? No one worldwide, not even in academia, wanted to answer these questions at the required level. In co-creation with the experts, the Law of Nature Manifesto was born:

The Manifesto: Identifies universally applicable high-value intervention points A complementary operating system: to close or resolve relevant structural gaps and conflicts in long-standing approaches at minimal cost and risk. Users decide which parts are relevant and to be used, not the manifesto.

Results of a pilot project: support and demand replaced disinterest and resistance. It led to a drastic reduction of non-productive activities and, thus, a structural reduction of bureaucracy and complexity – see the CMDB project 2022 below.

Agile and Yet Reliable DecisionsTM: For all levels (developers). To stay competitive today, agile and yet reliable decisions are needed at all levels. This requires a 'simple' solution package with elements like: A guideline based on two Laws of Nature to reduce unnecessary bureaucracy and complexity to a healthy level Training experts and decision makers in relevant Laws of Nature The workshop method 'Enhanced Goal-Oriented Project Planning (eGOPP)': proven in practice to structurally improve project success chances – even in agile methods.

Published as the (IT) Strategy Management Process; analyst, book author, senior and coaching roles during introduction and operation with 30,000 employees; ahead of its time: Results: employees found guidelines, standards, services, policies, and process descriptions within a few clicks; agile decisions; successful projects; various cultural issues resolved because hidden causes were addressed.

Natural workflows, guidelines, and simple structures enabled tapping into company-wide knowledge and delegated agile decision-making to the optimal level – without senior management feeling they were losing control.
