- I started as a consultant in Q2 2021 to evaluate the European market potential for BikeBandit.
- I was tasked with sourcing parts from OEM suppliers to meet the demand for online sales on the BikeBandit digital platform.

- I established supply chains from OEM and aftermarket vendors to maintain a just-in-time inventory across Europe within 48 hours.

Suzuki Netherlands (B.V. Nimag part of Louwman)
- I managed Suzuki’s dealer network in the Netherlands, collaborating with dealers to meet retail and wholesale targets.
- I helped restructure the Dutch Suzuki business, turning a €500K loss over five years into break-even by early 2020.
- My role merged with brand management, but the absence of new products prompted me to explore other opportunities.

Bihr SAS
- I was hired to transfer Motana into Bihr’s way of working and fully complied with Bihr Netherlands processes after 2015.
- I grew turnover in the western Netherlands from €150k to €850k in two years.
- I was asked to take on the rider gear side of the business, creating forecasts, visiting suppliers, and providing feedback from sales teams.
- I left at the end of 2018 to pursue a new opportunity.

Xtravus (parts of Splash Design)
- I managed clients in the western Netherlands for a motorcycle fashion company focused on niche products like protective backpacks and high-end jackets for enduro bikes.
- The position was terminated after a year due to a poor motorcycle market economy.
