My friends and colleagues would describe me as a rational, decisive, socially accessibel, calm and disciplined person. I like the challenge of implementing improvements whilst trying to convince colleagues the urgency or need to change. The biggest challenge is human behaviour. I believe that humans don't mind change. Nobody wants to be changed. I think the key to successful improvement is to create a "win-win" situation for both the organisation and employees.
