I like the challenge of implementing improvements while trying to convince colleagues of the urgency or need to change. The biggest challenge is human behaviour. I believe people don't mind change. Nobody wants to be changed. I think the key to successful improvement is creating a "win-win" situation for both the organisation and employees.
