We believe that Strategy without Execution is useless. We believe that Execution without Strategy is worthless. Thus, our aim is to connect strategic planning with agile execution and establish feedback loops in both directions.

Responsible for ensuring the teams live agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices. Protect development team from outside distractions, impediments, or team conflicts, and maintain focus on product backlog project timeline. Work closely with product owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features. Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and stakeholders. Direct and lead development team from project initiation through the delivery of final product.

Trains managers and other professionals on project management and PMP certification preparation, in Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia.

Instructed a master’s level class on IT Project Management.

Directed company’s software development practice, focused in developing new or improved components/modules for its enterprise systems solutions. Led a team of 38 engineers and developers through all aspects of systems development life-cycle (SDLC)—planning, designing, building, testing and delivery.

Supervised major product development projects, including development of a new and significantly improved version of the Finance5—the most popular ERP application in Albania, counting for 40% of the market, including development of a new asset management module, human resources module, and project management module.
