As the Founder and CEO of Koru Impact, I lead a multidisciplinary consulting firm dedicated to building healthier, more effective, and more humane organizations. My foundation as a psychologist and systemic counsellor is the core of our firm's philosophy: we believe that understanding the intricate dynamics of human systems is the key to unlocking sustainable growth and profound social impact.

At Koru Impact, we move beyond traditional consulting. We integrate psychological principles with robust business strategy and modern technical solutions to provide comprehensive B2B well-being programs, leadership coaching, and strategic management consulting. I guide our team of psychologists, analysts, and developers in designing and implementing data-driven interventions that create measurable change. Our work is particularly focused on creating scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructures, not just for technology, but for the people and teams who use it.

My personal practice and leadership are deeply informed by my experience in providing individual and group counselling. I am committed to fostering inclusive environments, with a particular focus on supporting LGBTQ+ communities through thoughtful program design and staff training. My goal is to empower leaders and organizations to navigate complexity with compassion and clarity, creating workplaces where both the business and its people can thrive.
