With over 20 years of expertise in corporate management, finance and strategic development, I combine solid subject knowledge with strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial vision. As CFO and two-time Managing Director within the Tomorrow Education Group, I have been responsible for the entire financial management of 15 group companies – from the successful implementation of the first full consolidation, to building a high-performance finance team, to fully digitizing all financial processes.

My strength lies in quickly grasping complex management issues and pragmatically implementing sustainable solutions.

Whether it's setting up structures, optimizing processes, supporting M&A or change management – I create efficient frameworks for lasting business success. I always keep the big picture in mind: strategic orientation, risk management and balancing profitability and growth.

As a certified (business) mediator, leadership coach, trainer and with an additional part-time MBA in Applied Psychology for Business, I bring not only my business administration expertise but also in-depth skills in leadership, organizational development and conflict resolution.

My leadership approach is based on appreciation, empowerment and the targeted development of my teams – for their personal success and that of the company.
