• Led change management initiative for implementing standard processes and SAP ERP, across business divisions of a multinational company, affecting 6.300+ employees in 7 countries.
• Facilitated change for troubled project to implement a learning management system, affecting 150k+ employees globally, by guiding 40+ change ambassadors, simplifying training, and improving stakeholder engagement.

Led training initiatives for technology implementation (part of change management) and professional skills. Assessed training needs to design tailored learning solutions. Developed multi-media training and support content, using various authoring tools.

• Worked with IBMs Learning Centre of Excellence, to develop standard training toolbox for use on change engagements, by consultants worldwide.
• Collaborated with other project work streams and HR business partners, to train 4.500+ employees in 320 learning modules with 150 trainers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, for an SAP ERP program.
