As a seasoned leader, coach, trainer and entrepreneur, leadership for me is much more than just managing processes or making decisions. It's the art of inspiring and empowering people and bringing a vision to life together. Successful leadership creates clarity, provides direction and fosters a culture where each individual takes responsibility and can realize their full potential.
And as a “horsewoman,” I know that just like in a herd of horses leadership doesn't come from just one person but is situationally shared. True strength in teams comes from trust, adaptability and a shared awareness of the greater good.
