I get up to speed quickly in new topics and industries, and I convince with a strong focus on goals, a hands-on mentality, and effective negotiation skills.
My professional and personal passion is agile management in particular. What excites me about these methods (like SCRUM) is the speed, the significantly lower error rate, the intense communication during the project, and the flexibility to adapt to changing conditions. In short: these methods deliver excellent project results with consistent focus on customer expectations.
Against this background, in May 2018 I published a book on 'Agile Evolution - A Guide to Agile Transformation'.
In November 2020, a Kindle powerbook titled 'Cross Agility Growth Marketing: More Growth through Agile Power Hacks' was released, where I was also involved as an author.
