I started my career as a Sales Manager and grew into the Head of Sales position relatively quickly. I helped Ticketscript from 0$ to 6Mio Net In in about five years and employed around 50 people. Since I joined, Ticketscript has become the most essential SaaS Ticketing solution in the European Event Industry.
After five years, I joined the fantastic team at Eventbrite, the market leader in online ticket sales. I was the second employee in the German market and employed around 15 people in Sales and Account Management. I´ve been the first employee for Pollen in continental Europe. Since then, the company has gained over 150 million USD and grown from 40 to 400 employees. It was rated as one of the top 10 fastest-growing startups in the UK, with founders listed on the 30 under 30 Forbes List.
Since the pandemic has changed the whole industry, I´ve started my own business as a freelance consultant and helped 25+ starts & scale-ups to boost their sales by 20%+, manage and lead their teams, and create customer and employee happiness. Over the years I´ve trained more than 500 Sales Reps in different companies.
