Led the commercial launch of SMA’s hybrid plant optimization software – scaling up to 3 GW sales pipeline across PV, BESS, Wind, and H2 assets.
Developed and executed a market-backed business plan with KPI-driven milestones, investment planning, and GTM alignment.
Full commercial accountability: revenue model, pricing architecture, sales enablement, and positioning strategy.
Acquired international pilot customers & LOIs with project volumes up to €800k per site, establishing early revenue proof and market traction.
