Project Elevator Emergency Call Reorganization: Project to evaluate and define a new technical solution for connecting elevator emergency calls across all DB InfraGO passenger station facilities.

Objectives: Secure redundant connectivity for all sites nationwide. Define the technical solution, document it, and provide thematic oversight and control of specialist and line organizations.

Leading and managing the "Store Q" workstream (approx. 15 people) to build and launch a customer-facing OTT application for set-top boxes (STB) and mobile devices, ensuring an on-time go-live for about 1 million customers.

Planning all streaming activities for the on-time end-to-end rollout of the StoreQ app and providing purchased content, involving all internal and external vendors as part of the "New TV Platform Ethan/Q" program.
