- Analyzed over 500 public and internal consultation submissions to design a phased engagement approach for national implementation of the new model and organisational structure across all 12 police districts.
- Delivered an options paper for a proposed uplift of resource to future-proof and support the new model, outlining implications and obtaining endorsement of funding for 110 additional full time equivalent roles from the executive.
- Developed communications, e-learning and induction learning sessions to prepare over 600 staff for mindset change and new ways of working.
- Contributed to design and assessment of readiness for each district and critical business units prior to go-live.
