Markus Pfeifer is a business advisor, executive coach, and internationally experienced executive. He has worked closely with decision makers, entrepreneurs, and professionals in an intercultural environment, shaping and executing business transformations, repositioning programs, and customer centricity projects. Markus is recognized as an expert in coaching leadership and always makes developing people a high payoff activity. Markus draws on 20 years of line management experience. He has served as a General Manager/Director for Daimler Trucks in Europe and in the United States with a functional focus on Marketing, Sales & Sales Controlling, Planning, Reporting, Forecasting and Strategy development and execution. Throughout his career, he has been engaged in coaching and developing talent. In his spare time, Markus enjoys his family life and is motivated by the energy and perspective of the next generation of leaders and young adults shaping priorities and business visions for the years to come.
