Interim HR & Organizational Change Manager DACH

Project (Apr 2024 – Sep 2024): Human centered change senior consultant by Salesforce for food manufacturing; responsible for change management strategy for global CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud) roll-out in India, Asia, AMEA and US, including change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement plan, change leaders workshops, communication plan (with testimonial concept), organizational change readiness assessment and co-creation of trainings plan.

Project (May 2024 – June 2024): Organizational change management senior consultant for pharmacy; built change strategy for a digitalization initiative (Salesforce Sales Cloud/Field Service).

Project (Feb 2024 – April 2024): Human centered change senior consultant by Salesforce for telecommunication; provided change consulting for process & portfolio transformation team for a digitalization initiative (Salesforce Service Cloud), reviewed and developed change story and communication material, executed organizational change readiness assessment (Salesforce Change Landscape Diagnostic) and interviews, co-created communication plan and change strategy.

Project (Sep 2023 – March 2024): Organizational change management consultant for technology; led implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365 (ERP) using a PROSCI based change approach, with international reporting to the Head of OCM.

Interim Mandate (Oct 2022 – March 2023): Interim HR Manager DACH in hospitality/holiday parks, handling HR and change management including Gas-Crisis project, business process outsourcing (payroll) reorganization, team leadership (HRIS, payroll, administration, business partner) and international reporting to Head of HR.

Project (Oct 2022): Sales & Marketing Consultant/Coach focusing on building sales & marketing based on DISC and developing DISC-profile specific sales & marketing material.

Interim Mandate (Oct 2022 – Dec 2022): Organizational change management consultant for health & life science industry; handled outsourcing of business units, organizational restructuring, management and project management, stakeholder management, work council and lawyer negotiations, execution of new organizational structure with international reporting to Head of HR Operations EMEA.

Country Manager Germany/Austria (Dec 2019 – March 2022): Reported to Actic Group’s CEO in Sweden; handled general business administration including P&L responsibility, market representation, close cooperation with national and international management, high level HR case consultancy, change management strategies, leadership development and learning programs, monthly financial review and audit cooperation, sales campaign strategy and KPI reporting, operations process improvements, digitalization projects, budgeting, product and service management, portfolio management, lease negotiations and stakeholder management.

Head of Office Management/Finance Support Germany/Austria (Mar 2019 – Mar 2022): Managed structured commercial processes, process optimizations with the finance department, BPO analyses, acted as contact for finance, IT and office-related issues, led an office manager and managed landlord relations; also implemented digital transformation initiatives including freelancer invoicing standardization and new documentation systems; managed government support package applications during COVID-19.

Head of Customer Service Germany/Austria (Mar 2019 – Mar 2022): Responsible for stakeholder management, external cooperation, bad debt management, budget responsibility, NPS analysis and action plans, B2C communication strategies, interface optimization with finance and external partners, and team leadership of up to five customer service members with coaching and restructuring of team responsibilities.

Human Resources Manager Germany/Austria (Jan 2017 – Sep 2020): Provided management support in HR issues, HR controlling and KPI reporting, conducted on- and off-boarding and managed labor law cases; developed and implemented new regulations and standards in change and project management including digitalization, process optimization and behavior change projects; delivered individual and team coaching, leadership workshops, DISC analysis, conflict management, employee surveys, and set up the Actic Academy (LMS); oversaw recruitment strategy and inhouse payroll management.
