  • Each user has a task-oriented, step-by-step DMS operation manual. This eased the load on support staff and enabled caseworkers to use rarely used features. I thoroughly examined the DMS and created the manual in OneNote with many screenshots.
  • Achieved high-quality scans in all cases with only three scan profiles. I performed several test series for this.
  • Signatures during citizen meetings can now be done paperless. A configuration and user workflow for signature tablets is now available with my collaboration.
  • Prepared tender documents for external scanning.
  • Ensured a standardized, comprehensive review of all topics for DMS implementation in the specialist departments. Developed sample questionnaires for this purpose.
