- Accelerated merchant onboarding & KYC process, rolled out new merchant agreements, and managed an upstream merger for a payment service provider
- Enhanced and interim-managed procurement processes to defend and pass on supplier price increases at an automotive supplier
- Supported an in-house consulting team of a trade fair organizer on various organizational & process development topics (staffing, customer inquiries, etc.)
- PMO for software testing for an eMobility service provider on behalf of an OEM
- Developed a growth strategy and served as interim PMO for the first 100 days of a post-merger integration at a landscaping group
- Commercial due diligence for a mobile sanitation provider
- Designed and implemented quality assurance and customer support processes to prepare for a successful launch of a media corporate startup
- Interim PMO to build Covid-19 testing capabilities and capacities for a TIC group (incl. materials, staff, facilities, software, legal, etc.)
- Drafted a new budget planning and approval process with clear steps, responsibilities, and thresholds for a health education scale-up
- PMO for DB1 and OPEX improvement at a fitness scale-up through product and pricing adjustments and cost cutting, and concept for building an in-house consulting function
