I know that feeling all too well. A few years ago I was part of a development team. I worked at a company stuck in slow workflows and strict hierarchies and felt frustrated that we gave our clients zero added value. My change suggestions and ideas were ignored. As long as I was in the office from 9 to 5—no longer, and definitely not before the boss.
For me, agile working has always been the intuitive way to collaborate, and since I found it solved my frustration, I made it my passion and profession.
