For the past 10 years, I have focused on enterprise-level Agile and Scrum and on managing transformations in fast-changing industries like media, technology, and retail, coaching teams along the way. In recent years, I’ve spent part of my time training and coaching people with different backgrounds, experiences, and seniority levels. As a passionate advocate for systemic change, I lead and embed agile principles and drive sustainable change in teams and organizations. I also support change through one-on-one agile coaching and training for teams, individuals, and leaders. I guide leaders and teams to prioritize work plans for positive outcomes, build workflows, get rapid feedback, and find opportunities for continuous improvement. Driving change at all levels.
