My systemic approach is based on individual psychology and Nonviolent Communication. I help my clients gain clarity, make confident decisions, and steer change processes purposefully. Through my many years of experience as a certified yoga teacher and meditation practitioner, I also bring calm, focus, and presence into my work – essential factors for combining analytical precision with sustainable transformation and effective leadership.
