- All around 40 sites were acquired successfully. Environmental protection and regulatory obstacles were cleared.
- The lease and purchase agreements with landlords and municipalities were negotiated and finalized within the set guidelines. This ensured a significant contribution to securing energy in EWE-NETZ's area of responsibility.
Second emergency board member
Helma and Konrad Heinrich Pohl Foundation
- Appointed as second emergency board member by the Frankfurt District Court/prosecutor's office and the Frankfurt am Main foundation supervisory authority.
- The previous board members were removed for embezzlement amounting to millions. Most assets were misappropriated. The focus was on damage control, claims for damages, and pursuing legal action both criminally and civilly.
- One of the two board members had already passed away. The other was sued in civil court. In the end, a settlement of about €150k was agreed upon and, after deducting legal costs, added back to the foundation's assets. The foundation is now being dissolved.

- Implementing the closure of three subsidiaries in Liechtenstein and Germany.
- The starting point was a conflict with the former managing director over irregularities. The head office in Austria required a fast operational execution of decisions and damage control, demanding high stress resistance and resilience as the extended arm of the holding management.
- Immediate takeover of key authority.
- Creating facts in cooperation with several law firms.

- The company, with 16 employees, was traditionally in well construction, and business had been inactive for six months.
- After familiarization and analysis of the complex company structure, the court was advised to appoint a strong insolvency administrator, who confirmed the insolvency status and took over liquidation of remaining assets.
- Released from liability in 2014 after the company was dissolved.
