Heike came to me with the goal of turning her very successful offline practice into an online practice, so she can finally have more time for her personal interests. The basis of this project is her online program, which we adapted for existing and new clients. We also created and adjusted the email campaigns. In addition, we use organic social media management on Instagram and LinkedIn. Regarding tools, technology, and social media handling, I coach Heike 1:1 to get the best for her and her project.
At Risk Communication 360, everything revolves around StaRUG, a law aimed at all entrepreneurs and tax advisors. In my role as head of marketing, I oversee all marketing communication at Risk 360. Besides advising management on strategy, tools, and design, it's mainly about efficient sales support. This smooth sales support is based on the CRM and marketing tool HubSpot. We also use case stories and testimonials at Risk 360 to build customer trust. I also coordinate marketing with Risk 360's partners in consultation with management. Social media management at Risk focuses on LinkedIn.
The direction of this project focuses on positioning Stella as an ESG specialist in the large sustainability market. The basis is an analysis of the current situation, the market, and Stella's big vision. We make adjustments in design, wording, and direction. We also give recommendations on the best tools and technology choices and on optimizing marketing communication. For strategy and direction, I work with Stella using different coaching approaches and the Human Design tool.
Castfinder successfully occupies a niche in its market, focusing on ensuring regular leads through funnel and email marketing.
The support for Lifechange.rocks includes the conceptual and operational marketing direction of different companies and platforms by Markus Grimm, a naturopath in Hamburg and head of the Naturheilzentrum Alstertal, and the founder of Healthy Balance and Lifechange.rocks.
The goal of the project is brand building for Markus as a personal brand in his role as naturopath, speaker, and successful digital multi-entrepreneur through consistent and strong communication across various social media and communication channels.
Paawy.de wants to secure its place in the health-focused dog treats market. As a marketing consultant, I support the founder in key strategic and operational questions to successfully position the brand on the European market. In my role as head of marketing, I put together the entire communications team for the founder and guide them through each campaign and action. The focus of communication in this project is currently on building social media reach through video marketing. For this, I also work closely with videographers and editors from Asia. Campaign management is constantly optimized with new formats and actions based on regular monitoring.
Besides advising and coaching, implementation remains an important focus of my work, so I can stay involved in what's happening and the fast changes in social media and marketing.
The goal of the project with Benjamin was to position him in the market as a brand and build his brand. To support the brand building, I helped him with marketing strategy and implementation. Our joint work on his brand was expressed in the social media execution, which we successfully tested with his warm target group and then rolled out to new channels. This enabled him to quickly place and sell his new products on the market.
The goal of the project with Mutichmacher was to increase reach on Instagram and LinkedIn and to organically promote the project with the working title "Mustang".
