Digital & Strategy – Financial Services – digitalization, process management, budgeting, reorganization, project management.

Project manager for the end-to-end digitalization of the corporate lending process at a large German bank – capturing the as-is processes, transforming and aligning the digital target processes using agile project methodology.

Financial planning – planning and creating the operational budget as well as the IT project portfolio budget of a business unit for the following year in close coordination with division management and internal staff.

Restructuring project lead (10 months) – led the restructuring of a regional bank, including dissolving, merging and reestablishing business units, migrating employees and IT systems with partial capital markets integration. Project controlling and reporting to the client's governance bodies.

Process management – optimization of the regulatory new product process (NPP) at a large German bank.

Project Manager & PMO – member of the PMO and project manager in a major regulatory fraud investigation in the capital markets environment, acting as the interface to all external service providers including software vendors, law firms and auditors, and reporting to the client's C-level management.
