Over the past 11+ years, I have led global initiatives, including enterprise data platforms, digital R&D transformations, laboratory automation, pricing optimization, and large-scale platform and organizational separations. My roles sit at the intersection of C-level strategy, with accountability for governance, architectural decisions, vendor strategy, regulatory alignment, and global rollout execution.

I translate strategy into executable, compliant, and scalable solutions, aligning business, IT, data, quality, security, and partners.
