Sr. IT Buyer

Responsible for the commercial part of the renewal of the largest IT contract of Obvion. (2 days p/w)

• Prepare, draw up, execute and supervise tenders
• Draw up, negotiate and maintain SaaS, software, hardware, infrastructure & outsourcing contracts, appendices and renewals
• Advise internal organisation on the procurement of SaaS, software, hardware, infrastructure & outsourcing services
• Ensure and monitor all stakeholders are included/consulted when procuring new services or renewing existing contracts
• Ensure that procurement processes are carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations for financial institutions

Procurement advisory project Managed Service Provider

• Design and implement contract management for the Business Technology (IT) Department
• Locate, structure, register and manage all contracts and SLAs within the BT-domain
• Responsible for tender new CLM tooling
• Train and hand over to the newly recruited Vendor Manager

• Execute a strategic procurement project to outsource the cleaning and refill activities of coffee machines for the professional market

• Write the RFI & RFP document and design the scoring and review method to score the proposals of potential suppliers

• Draw up concept contract and related annexes, focusing on the DAP, KPIs & SLAs and the communication and escalation matrix

• Interview internal stakeholders to gather information about processes and way of working as input for contract documents

• Weekly meetings with stakeholders/project group (higher management)

• Additional procurement activities and tenders in the fields of training services, clothing, waste management and Internet of Things

Contract templates review and recommendations

• Draw up, negotiate and maintain contracts, contract addendums and renewals
• Ensure a Data Processing Agreement is part of the contract set if a supplier processes personal data
• Ensure external employees are hired in line with applicable law and legislation
• Prepare, draw up, execute and supervise tenders
• Advise the internal organisation on the procurement of goods and services
• Ensure stakeholders are aligned in various stages of the contract lifecycle
• Act as escalation point for disputes with suppliers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Conduct periodical tactical and strategic meetings with suppliers to discuss contracts, services, reports and market trends
